How do I trace a vintage Rolls Royce around 1940-1943? He was loaned to an entrepreneur.? I know he has been "loaned" to a man who was on board but I do not know the name of the company, but I know the man's name and address. Certainly it was not that many "Rolls" around the time - and remember too that it was during the Second World War! (There may have been pink bodies on the doors!)
??? strange question ...
If you know the name and address of Le Mans?
Write him a letter !!!!!!!! Or search for man ...
Next the car? Year and model?
Very probably 1939, but which model? Mark V (five)
there were only 12 of those built in 1939 and 1940
Could also be a very rare 1940
One aerodynamics, Cornice

1940-1940 Bentley 4 ¼ L Mk V
That would be cool to find ..
The best thing you can do is search the history of the region where he lived as the car is a bit eccentric and perhaps said, I tend to do much research on the history of things for people and find that you can dig a lot just by using a search on Yahoo and Google, if you send me the details I'll give it a go for you.
You can check if it is still on the road via the DVLA but they will not tell you even a hint of an address.
Rolls Royce makes no cars in 1940-1943 due to WW2. This should solve your problem.
Try Rolls Royce themselves, they may be able to help.
