Starting a supercar dealer used? Hi I am 13 years old and nine years. I now consider this work I want to do and when careers in law or business really appeal to me. I also have a passion for fast cars, if its speed, I want to see is why I am considering starting my own garage supercar used. I know it's not as simple as buying a few cars and make money, I know you need a license and must pass all the laws etc. I know that important would be cheap, but what I necesserily need to be rich to do this? Please offer me your advice.
Thank you
Here are some good tips. Start at the bottom and upwards. Go to college and get job training. Get a job selling cars to work your way through school. Get really good at it. years have experience in the automotive industry and put as much money as possible. When you go to get a promotion manager of the seller, then leave the sales area in the Department of Finance, then General Manager.
When you have earned enough money and have enough knowledge of work, you can start thinking about the property and building your own franchise.
Hello Samuel V, I think it's time you started saving! You obviously need space to store and display your car. which will not be cheap. then there are other costs such as utility bills, staff, office of the mechanics of accounting security lawyers, insurance, taxes, both local and government. All costs associated with managing an advertising-statioary advertising for your personal benefit of your taxes and insurance. not too mention the car buying themselves. not knowing the automotive sector, I'm sure I've left out quite a few items. I wish you the best for the future. Rab
and at 13 I think its great that you are looking for that measure before. Many people your age arent.
Its expensive, but it can be done,
The costs associated with licensing and bonding can be very high. I do not know what area you are, but start with the DMV and ask about licensing requirements reseller. And then there's auto insurance dealer. Mine is quite high, and I sell mid to low end cars. The exotic luxury that I have to assume the cost is astronomical, the. You need to have mechanics who know these cars on staff to go through them and make them ready for sale. The guys who wrench on cars at low prices do not include those working on the Lamborghini. And specialized mechanics get money expert. You should install an indoor showroom. People will not be inclined to consider $ 100K cars outside in time. Besides, rain, dust, etc. mean constant detail. And you want the cars inside, under your watchful eye, not outside where any schmuck can keys, or for worse.
The company's costs of cars are high to maintain as many freeloaders and hackers as possible. Of course, there are still some out there. But they have become a minority.
Start saving, research and learning all the ins and outs of the business. See if it appeals once again that you can find all the "scenes" things that we cross.
Good luck
theres nothing wrong with aiming high .. Just do not expect overnight success .. I started my shop in 1997 building hot rods wasn't until last year I did in the majors ... and your right im not a good market in more than one million dollars to this day (1.2 or so) so if thats just your equipment listed in supercars you want to be where the money is and thats great cities and immediately you watch buy or rent a showroom building inside .. only for supercars ... then you can expect anything from $ 10,000 per month to lease the building to the left or the right place at least half a million to buy outright ... and then theres is the age factor, I was both in my 30's that I'm in my environment.
