Can I get a Roush Stage 3 supercharger for Mustang GT stock or is it something that I do not want to ruin my motor?

YES, the Roush supercharger system on the stage 3 installation takes the GT (05 and later models only) to about 430 hp on the internal stores (and that's about more than a Mustang later, model can be taken without a stroker kit).
