M3 exhaust? Is there a difference between an E36 M3 exhaust and E36 328is exhaust? My muffler was destroyed by a retarder unpleasant and I need to replace it. On ebay, I found an exhaust system of an M3 98, it will sound different or to add more power? Is it good, two cars were two doors?
pipes are not the same, they are best suited to advise the habit of just buying a replacement exhaust add power and better sound quality can be even cheaper, I recommend it as Remus SuperSprint or good marks and that will benefit the performance of your car and look at them all
intemediate pipes are welded at a muffler assembly are of different lengths, and a different part # s.so, in answer to your question, I would not call it a habit fit.Now competent exhaust shop may be able to do something with this silent, but the cost will weigh the benefits.
The M3 e36 exhaust system is not exactly the same as the 328is exhaust system, but a good muffler shop should be in a position to return to your car. The exhaust flow of air through the muffler M-3 must be much higher for the entire 3.2-liter 240hp M-3 engine. Using the M-3 exhaust of your car should not change the sound or add more power to the wheels.
Buy only a standard M3 exhaust, others are too loud and do not improve performance.
Yes, very different.
It does not.
they absolutley do better listen to these fools horses
They are not exactly the same, but are exactly the same in appearance and installation. You may notice an increase in HP as well as a change in the sound (for the better).
The midpipe mates to the e M3 catback without any modification.
I had 95 325is with an M3 catback after market. Swapped it for a 95 M3 with no difficulty. M3 catback Sold to an owner of 323 with a 97 m3 midpipe and it still just bolted place.
E36 325, 328 and M3 have interchangeable exhaust systems headers rear. The 323 needs both a different midpipe and catback from complete.
