Im not really a big fan of the foundation, but L'Oreal True Match has a shade for every skin color, no BS. Delivered in a small bottle, its liquid and its really blendable, not obvious. It lasts long enough that you do need a lot to blend into the color of your skin.
I am a light skinned black woman and I find that roses flatter me most. Gold, brown and purple or deep pink tones are supposed to bring out brown eyes the best.

The key to any woman is to accentuate the best qualities of your face. If your eyes are shaped Nice to play your eyes. If you have full thick lips, focus on them.
There is probably no specific colors that you will look good on all skin tones, the thing about makeup is all about experimentation. Every woman needs trial and error to find what looks best for her.
