Irvine BmwIs BMW lie to me?

I have a 2006 BMW 325i that I bought from a dealership used. The dealer replaced the tires with spare tires. There was suspension and steering issues with him - it bounces around a lot and nervousness driving. I took it to Irvine BMW and they said that the other dealer replaced the tires, no warranty issue of suspension is rescinded.

Is this true or are they lazy?

Someone blows the smoke of your ***. Tires (unless they are used, the wrong size or is in Antarctica) will not void the warranty of suspension, especially if you have them in a BMW dealership.

The tires shouldn't have anything to do with it unless they didn't balance them

Well have you spoken to other dealers to see if they can solve the problem? How long have you had the car?

THATS ridiculous!
There are no such things as replacement tires. Aftermarket means you make a car to change its "stock" form. As with the addition of admission, exhaust, turbocharger, wheels, suspension, etc. Thats like saying you put in Castrol Synthetic oil instead of synthetic Valvoline like when it comes to the plant so that your warranty will be canceled. Its outrageous. They do not want to fix your problem man. I go back and ask!

BMWs are supposed to be equipped with runflat tyes, but what difference would I dont know.

that does not sound right. Is this the original warranty or guarantee of a BMW certified used car? Ask to see where it says that in the collateral. Contact the dealer and the Director General to the case of this type. If still get no satisfaction from GM, BMW calls the United States.

Read the warranty. If she says you must use OEM tires, then you have a problem. The warranty is not voided by non-market production. Although most of the safeguards need OEM parts, I think the tires are exempt, otherwise impractical and sounds cruel. I'm sure you can change the tire sizes and brands with no major problems, provided that the dimensions are within design specifications. Spare parts and rims OS, however, is another thing. Another broker was a BMW? If so, they try it, and you'd better start to crack. I'm surprised that BMW would be so small, to retain documents and records, if it does not sort well, the subject's relationship to the plant Barvaria, they have been known to cancel the dealers because of bad PR / incompetence. Never tell them that, just keep it as a last resort. Justice is a wonderful thing, it is sometimes slow, but it is certain.
