The best thing to do is go to a reseller of phone (ie Verizon, Sprint, Cingular) and see what Bluetooth phones. Then ask the vendor to see if it is compatible, and to consult your owner's manual to see if Hyundai recommend any brand, type and read the manual of your Bluetooth phone. Most Bluetooth phones work, but some do not. Do your research.

Jump to www.jciblueconnect.com to find all the compatible phones. Only problem is that Hyundai has not made the optional Bluetooth on the Veracruz. This should become an option after the 2nd or 3rd quarter of this year.

Any Bluetooth enabled phone should work. Consult your owner's manual on how to pair them. Hope this helps.
