Hyundai Santa Fe does not start? 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe has been working well, he parked in the garage, and left an interior light on. The battery down. Recharged the battery with a power charger. Indoor and outdoor lighting, windows, radio, etc., work well. "Check Engine" light is on. crank start, but the engine does not start. Fuel tank is full and fluid levels are OK. 31.000 miles on the odometer. What is the problem? ps: I made the last payment and received the car title to E-mail the bank two days ago.
Well, at least we know this is not the starter or the battery, then I think the person who said that his report with the anti-theft could be right. The simplest answer is to call a service center or dealer or independent shop and see what they think. Cars can be funny, this year I decided to go watch the cars on Saturday and the Friday of my car transmission decides to die on me ... I ended up selling my Maxima for a lot less I hope, but love my new Hyundai Azera.
try resetting the engine control module by removing the negative side of the battery and reconnect .. success
If your car is still under warranty, and Hyundai has free roadside assistance while # call and towed the nearest hyundai dealer. If this is where you bought it they could bring back if your car is fixed. success
To do this, first:
Disconnect the battery cables from two positions of the battery.
After 10 minutes, while supply will be reset, with the exception of the odometer. Reconnect the cables and try booting.
If this fails, call the Hyundai vehicle assistance and towing your vehicle to your dealer. It is still under warranty and it will be fixed for free.
Good luck.
What happens after you get your car paid for with my Honda Accord ---- heater exploded suddenly two months after I paid! Seriously, I have no idea what is going on with him .......
Anti-theft ... call the dealer ... you can try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes and trying again, but I know that once something goes out to you thank you for the dealer to reset it ... congrats on your property ... really no connection ... LOL LOL ...
check the starter or browse batterry or check the battery cables that go to the starter.
This happens on a Hyundai. LOL
