Hyundai CoupeHyundai Coupe - Worth scouring your local car supermarket

I have many fond memories of my school days. You see, by guile sport, music and talking too much in class, I was able to transcend different social groups and in turn the prey of tyrants that the children of a particular group seemed to pass. What I do not remember how I am, however, is gone and my school, starting with a bus stop wet and windy, a supermarket through a used car and arrive my destination cold and hungry.

Living in a city outside of Cardiff has many advantages such as cheaper housing prices and be quieter, but my parents insisted the schools were not much cop locally so I went all day long hour bus ride from Cardiff. The bus itself had experienced two world wars and the birth of Christ to the looks of it, and offered hard wooden seats, a cold draft and windows able to condense in both summer and winter.

The jokes on the bus was the only thing that kept us going I think, but there was always in trouble of any kind, enacted by the bus driver to take photos of people, so he had evidence of the shenanigans we got up to - at least that's what he told us they were for.

As bad as the bus was good, it was trampling on endless bus stop first thing in the morning that I have for me the most. From under my duffel coat, scarves, gloves and jumpers ten, morning after morning, I saw the drivers in their cars sliding past with hot, laugh on the radio that the rain inside me. I promised myself that once I was older and I had a job, I'd be driving a nice car splashes through puddles kids myself.

Through the windows, condensed in the bus, I spy all sorts of vehicles travel through the countless and changed my mind every day about what I wanted. Then a cold day and cold as I looked at the supermarket used car, we spent a day, I saw the curves of a car I'd never seen before, bearing a badge I had ever seen - it looked like an "H" but not Honda. The car was a two-door coupe that was quite simply the most beautiful car I have ever seen in the flesh.

Each day we drive past and I saw this magic car without identity asked on what planet he came from and that once the ice that covers thawed someone really should review an alien spacecraft in their local supermarkets. The car was it became a foreign land - not from Mars or Jupiter, but Korea - it was the new Hyundai Coupe and the world was in turmoil at the audacity of making a Hyundai car in this beautiful moment of their history has been based in a sea of gray, boxy-pensioner mobile.

Fast forward ten years and I own a first generation coupe and I love it. The car has been nicknamed the "Ferrari Korean, which despite my eternal love for the car is full of hogwash. The curves are very beautiful, but it is not Ferrari and the performance and the price differential reflects that tag. What vehicle is well make you feel special. The headlights look like tear drops, the cover has two humps very similar to a Porsche 911 and the sides taper through the taillight hiding under a flap that could easily be a sculpture in itself.

range of engines from a 1.6 liter to 2 liter, although the car not to be missed is the changing limited edition F2 which has prompted an additional 17bhp engine two liters, 155bhp. The evolution F2 is even prettier than the standard car, with bigger wheels, front bumper, rear spoiler and racing oval exhaust. It was designed by Peter Stevens, who designed the McLaren Formula One cars of the mid-90s and the super car of the same name and Hyundai World Rally Championship team.

As standard you get, and everything really: leather seats, air conditioning, cruise control, ABS, lots of bits driven electrically and a CD player. All derivatives are exceptions.
