E36 M3 questions / problems? Looking at an E36 M3 for my first car, but most of them by sale have 120.000 + miles, and I am a bit concerned. What problems would have an M3 E36, because of the high miles and elsewhere?
Even if it was a model 90, the mileage is relatively low for .... year, and if you have something with a service record and who has been supported, although ...... no reason that should 't last as long as any new car really. Repairs should be cheaper than you can make the most of yourself, the parts are cheaper. But depending on where you get the car, be aware of rust and most important on these cars (E30 and E36 models) Make sure that the bushes and rear suspension lower links are in good condition. The parts are fairly cheap, but their adaptation could cost more than the value of the car.
Be careful with air and chavs children and wanna-be to say a turning 3 Series E36 M3 Coupe in IS.
Usually the fans M3 are the baby has bought the car he can drive fast, but they also maintain them according to recommendations BMW.
I want to buy an M3 with that mileage, no prob, but I speak for the owner and checked by a professional engineer who knows the BMW cars. You have to be more thorough in your purchase of an M3. It may have been moved or there may have been treated as a collectible, even.
usually a lot more mileage BMW isn't an issue but an M3 is a different thing that couldve been beaten as they are a performance car. at least it should have full service history do things like control within the radiator cap for a milky residue gunky if it has this operation check the suspension and tires too
