What will it cost to convert your gasoline car in a cell hydrogen car? Hey, I need an accurate estimate of how much it would cost to convert your gasoline car into a hydrogen car. I wonder how much it would cost if you do it yourself and if you have taken in center of car. Thank you
Much more than you can afford. The fuel cell battery is recently down past the million dollar (!) Brand and hydrogen tanks at high pressure and other things are not cheap either.
You can already buy electric conversion kits, and a small generator that let you run past the beach only battery (AC Propulsion has done with a 250 cc Honda engine for a car battery). You can get electricity everywhere, and it costs the equivalent of about 75 cents / gallon. Forget about hydrogen is the fuel of the future ... and always will be.

More than 1 million. I'm serious. There are fewer hydrogen refueling stations (unless you're in California or New York).
You'd better convert to electricity. It will cost less than $ 10,000.
Ah, the fuel cell.
There is a real type - the kind they use in spacecraft - and these work very well if you can find hydrogen to use in them, and if you can afford hundreds of thousands of dollars costs.
Then there is the kind of fake - the kind that you see everywhere on the Internet, and in this video from the Philippines. They use electrical power from the car battery to separate a small tank of water, they are happy to use fuel cell 'and then they pipe hydrogen and oxygen gas in the engine. The problem here is that inventors do not understand where that energy comes in reality: the energy needed to break the hydrogen bonding of water coming from the battery, but the battery must be recharged by the alternator, and requires extra energy to turn the alternator when it is loaded by a battery in need of recharging. The energy of the alternator, of course, comes from the engine itself, with the alternator belt. You are losing energy, because some of the power of the battery will also heat the water.
If you want referral to a conspiracy, who believe that you can not learn something useful in the science classroom. Education is the only cure for stupid things like that.
Not much if you know what you do. A man in the Philippines 30 years ago and the world has yet to make up for what he did.
It is not practical and it is not affordable.
Hydrogen will not be the fuel of the future.
The problem is not only changing with it more, but where to charge your car when it runs out. There is no infrastructure to support hydrogen fuel cell cars at the moment.
