How to fight against my BMW dealer to file an insurance claim for damage that I did not. Help? So I took my BMW in my BMW of Dallas, the other day for some services. They gave me a free car loan, without charge and I initialed a sheet with an overview of the car was in good condition but not on the case was there any fine print.
I returned the car loan a week later my service advisor as I have done forever. Nowhere in the store or anything that I signed nothing that says I must return to the same counter that I picked up the vehicle.
So they said there was some damage to the rear bumper and have tired to contact me, but I have only received two messages from them. I got a call from my insurance that they have filed a claim.
How can I fight this. I have not done any damage that could have been anyone there or valet driver and I was there for a good 30 minutes and nobody said anything. Any help will be grateful. How can I fight against this at the dealership?
When you rent a car or take responsibility for a car, you should have checked the car with one of the employees. Or if they do the inspection so you have to sign a paper stating as such the condition of the car? You may be required to damage if you have a trace of the state vehicle If you believe this is contact your insurance against fraud.
I would suggest you get as much information as you can before you act, http://www.CarInsuranceTip.info/free-car-insurance.htm here is a good place for that.
