What is the best tricycle for 2 years? My son is 2 in a few months. We want to get him a tricycle, he always tries to get on his 5 sisters yrold bike, which is much too small. Ihave looked at them, which are for children of 2-4 W / no pedals, I think that children grow w / their feet. And there are lots starting at age 2, which have pedals. I like the pedals b / c it would be more like his sisters bike, but it is small for 2, he still be able to use the pedals? And I think no pedals is supposed to be good for balance and ........., they are made so they DONT tip. I review all. Thank you
I had my son at the Radio Flyer: http://www.radioflyer.com/trikes/trikes_ ...
It has a handle so you can push them, and it also folds for storage. We were happy.
My son is 2 1 / 2 and 36. "We got him a tricycle (Fisher Price) for Christmas and he still can not reach the pedals (on the lowest setting). I hope he will soon. Until then, it grows w / her feet.
Make sure it is there to sit before you buy.
Go with a radio flyer. We got at Toys R Us and it has a removable handle bar so when he learns that you can push and when he hang of it you can let it go. It also has a little compartment in the back, he can stick it, my daughter likes to put his toys, rocks, snack, etc. inside. We got our daughters second birthday and it could reach the pedals fine and is very small for her age.
If you can not decide what you, take him to Toys R Us and let him try a little tricycle. They usually have some on the screen that you can test, that way you know you can get one that suits him best.
