Auto Show Concept CarsLos Angeles Auto Show 2009 Concept Cars capturing the attention

The Los Angeles Auto Show 2009 features 11 cars that either have a concept design of the space age, a green theme, or both. Concept cars from Audi, BMW, Honda, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo offer a glimpse of what future vehicles might look like.

This group of concept cars include:

  • Audi e-tron
  • BMW Vision EfficientDynamics
  • Honda personal transportation Neo-Urban
  • Hybrid Lexus LF-Ch Compact Premium
  • Coupe BMW MINI
  • Roadster BMW MINI
  • PX-Mitsubishi MiEV
  • Subaru Hybrid Tourer
  • Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid
  • Volkswagen Up! Lite
  • Volvo S60 Concept

Regarding the design of the space age, e-tron Audi, BMW and Honda Vision EfficientDynamics Personal Neo-Urban Transport blowing their respective competitions. And this group, the Honda Personal Neo-Urban Transport (P-NUT, or as we call it) has the most futuristic design.

The P-NUT is a small urban vehicle for the tool around the major cities and fit into tight spaces. It has a small internal combustion engine coupled with a hybrid battery which makes it a green vehicle.

On the P-NUT, the windshield and the sunroof fuse into one as the only shot of the general design lends itself to this feature. Now, let's face next to the vehicle of the Space Age, the Toyota Prius plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV) is not very sexy.

It seems mostly like a Prius. But what is sexy, is that unlike many other concept vehicles, it should be on the market next year. Not only that, the Prius PHEV will be in direct competition with the GM Volt PHEV.

While GM is making grandiose performance of the Volt (which is still a work in progress) implementation of great expectations, minimizes the Toyota Prius hybrid expectations Rechargeable - for now.

It can be seen next year and the years beyond and see the Toyota concept car today, being one of the highest selling vehicles on the market of tomorrow. And it's a pretty good concept, it is not she?
