Alternative Motor Fuel

In many countries it is used as a cheaper fuel, why not in France?

It has been done, and I saw cars with CNG stickers. Unfortunately, as someone said earlier, there is not enough to provide stations with gas, according to statistics, most of these vehicles run on gasoline most of the time ( they are equipped for both types of fuel).
