VW Jetta 2009 Jetta Sportwagon, or rabbit? Hello everyone, I see now that the 2009 VW line-up has three super car in competition for love, and I want your opinion on what you like best. So I ask everyone, do you like more, less the option is worth TDI own question. Which is cooler, more customizable, etc. If you can help, I plan to buy one of these as my first car in three years, off lease. In your opinion, which would be best? My school consists of many drivers used VW Passat and Jetta. What would be the best in winter? If I get the car, I get the panoramic sunroof, lol. I will also customize the car, slightly, to make him mine. Thank you in advance for the help!
Coolest is what is cool for you. Are you cutomizing to your taste or for other tastes? You can customize each of your hearts content because most body and interior parts will bolt on the Jetta, Golf. The Passat is nicer but there is no TDI in the U.S..
The Jetta GLI is the fastest and may have within sport and comes with HID headlights and is the fastest. And if you want to change, it has the most potential for power.
The Jetta TDI Wagon and are best if you plan to keep the car long, or if you drive a lot. After the $ 1,300 tax credit, but you pay about $ 700 on a 2.5L engine Jetta. If you want a TDI and you want a review, the invoice price, etc., see here: ... http://www.myturbodiesel.com/1000q_how_t resale on a TDI is also much better than on a Gasser.
The rabbit is the same as the Jetta in front of the rear seat. It is a hatchback instead of a sedan. Rabbit GTI is essentially the same as a Jetta GLI.
2009 VW GTi for sure, if you want w / speed of the new TFSI 2.0T 200hrspwr and 207fpt. you speeding or 6spd manual 6spd too. I had April 1 mnths ago, rides real smooth.
Or you may get a 2.0T Jetta Wolfsburg edition. Its slightly cheaper than the GLI. Hope that helps, I just like my Turbonetics .. Good luck!
VW since cars tend to be unreliable, I probably would not buy one of them ... unless I had the option TDI, in this case, I would just for the Sportwagon Ti gives additional space.
tough call. Since their TA I hate almost all eventually. I guess I go with the Turbo Rabbit .... but even then, only from 200 hp would annoy me real quick ... and it is not strong enough to lift the boost without a bunch of supporting mods.
Whoever said raising the boost on a 2.0t without supporting mods is really reliable and has no idea what they speak. A chipped 2.0T can give you anywhere from 240-260 hp, and thats a lot and he can do it reliably. But to answer the question, the City Jetta, Rabbit, Jetta and sportwagen are almost all the same cars built on the same chassis, they are mostly all the same engines as well as additional features. It depends how many doors you want, and trim levels you choose to go with.
